I do not see the membership app which makes it easier access for renting car and shopping deal!

Severely lacking
The billing setup is worse than before the update. The billing amount before said zero was owed and I thought I had just forgotten to check off that bill, then I get a notice saying I’m going to lapse. There’s absolutely no detail on dates, amounts, little on history of payment and you can’t even change payment methods so they’re going to draw from an account you no longer want to use.
There’s no control over account management and it seriously needs to change.

Doesn’t work
The app is completely useless. It doesn’t work at all.
I need to pay my bill the date is due and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried for several days it doesn’t work. What is the problem it doesn’t work. I’m so incredibly frustrated it doesn’t work.
