Works great!
I don’t know what all the fuss is about. I downloaded app, created a log in, linked a bank account and paid my premium within 10 minutes. Everything worked fine and I am able to view the details of my policy and be able too show proof of insurance.
App is trash
Stays logging me out. Enter password it’s incorrect try to reset it says can’t create a new account at this time get verified through customer service. Try to log in and it glitched and takes you right back to the log in screen. Facial recognition works but says “expired session log back in” and then it’s the whole process over again. So thankful it only ever Happens when I’m trying to lag the bill and not when I’m broke down on the side of the road.

Not available when needed
My wife was in a terrible accident this morning and luckily she was unharmed. I tried to access the app and it just kept me in a login loop. Never loaded any info on policy. Went to the website to get access that way and same thing, login loop.
Had to use google to find the phone number to call claims.
I guess the app is great when you don’t need it.

Absolutely Garbage
Been with the insurance company for a couple years and it NEVER acts right. Always loading forever, glitching me back to the sign in page, not letting me load in, some pages don't work, facial recognition recognizes me but still doesn't log me in. You would think it would NOT be this hard to pay a bill and give away money. Even the website glitches. The only page that works correctly is when it tells you that you entered the wrong log in info. Unacceptable

HORRIBLE SCAM
The app never works always sends you back to the beginning you pay all of this money and can’t even get a tow truck when needed without constantly having to go through a person during work hours.
