Just opened the app and it is all black failed to load useless right now

Seems like a way for them to make even more money….

My biggest issues: 1. that there is not a way to combine payments for different policies to pay at one time…like a “shopping cart”.
2. The credit card fee is absolutely ridiculous.

User Friendly App!

After seeing the low stars, I decided to read over the reviews, only to find that most were 2-5 years old. Much of the feedback has long since been resolved. All transactions are now easily handled through the app with great ease. It’s apparent that the developers have listened and acted on previous feedback. Great job guys!
