The worst bank ever!
This bank doesn’t do anything but steal your money. I’ve had so many issues since switching over. They allow others to continue to put you in a negative after already being in the negative! They told me they’d charge 75 dollars to overnight my bank card. Etc. This is the worst bank ever! Stay away! And they’re rude, unprofessional etc. They hire anyone! I HATE this bank! Please go out of business already!

Worst financial institution on planet earth
I have dealt with many banks and other financial institutions in my life. Let me just say, this disgrace of an organization is quite literally the worst one I have ever experienced. Don't bother with these morons unless you want to scream at your phone and break near by objects.
App needs some work
Sometimes the deposit option doesn’t show up and I am unable to deposit my checks through mobile deposit.
Don’t work with this bank
The LGFCU -> Civic transition happened a year ago now, and it remains one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. No customer service, very few physical locations, the app often doesn’t work properly—including mobile deposit, viewing balances and transactions. I’ve had many normal, low value purchases flagged as fraud for some reason (though I’d rather them be over vigilant than under vigilant, I suppose). Apparently they recently wiped their app’s average score to try and get rid of the bad press, so I’m happy to give this review now to help them return to the 1-star status they deserve.

This bank is a joke
I went to two different gas stations today to try to make a deposit. I am originally a LGFCU member. I should have jumped ship while I could. Once my bank closed, the closest branch was an hour away and all they offered was sketchy deposits at gas stations and dollar tree locations. This bank is an absolute joke. Today is Thursday. Friday I will have a new bank. All I can’t say is chose ANYTHING but this bank. My mom would write the same review, and more. So crazy.
