This app used to work great but then they kept on changing it and now it’s really buggy. And then all of my rewards are gone. I used to be mama cow status or very close to it and now all of a sudden it’s completely erased.

Ever since the app updated, I’m just earning points I can’t even use.
Bait and switch
They advertised receiving free basket of free fries for signing up in August, however when I signed up no rewards showed up for the fries. So you just end up getting baited in downloading the app and getting your data sold to a 3rd party company. Pathetic!

Needs improvement on the order page to fit screen for different devices, but overall a decent application.
App crashes and constantly resets location
I don’t want to order from some store in Atlanta but it keeps resetting my store to that and shuts down mid order. This app is bad to the point of being unusable.

Thank you for your feedback. We take security very seriously, and for that reason, have built our product so that we do not store your information anywhere in our system. When you link a card to the app, your card info is sent directly to Visa, MasterCard, etc. This is how you tell them to enroll you in our loyalty program. At no point do we ever see, know, or store your card number. This allows us to automatically detect transactions without adding any risk to you, and your card information never even touches our system.

Signed up for the app and made my first order and. Didn’t get the 3 off not a big deal but that’s why u downloaded it

No feedback for the orders. My order was messed up.
Payment options need to be better
App isn’t too bad to build an order, but checkout needs improvement. If I’m ordering pickup, why is the minimum I can tip 15%? That needs a custom value. Additionally, the app needs to implement Apple Pay so I don’t have to keep entering my card details. I’m not storing my card with whatever backend system they use, and Apple Pay would be the most convenient for me.
