Room for improvement
I bought some land a few months ago. So far it has been the worst experience with any bank I’ve dealt with. I paid early, and over the first month or two using the deposit method on the app. Then received bills with late fees for the next two months all while paying early or on time. I was asked not to pay over the payment amount to see if that would stop the app from putting the money somewhere else. Tried that. Still got another bill dated for after the payment had been applied to my loan. Definitely been a struggle. I recently spoke with a lady in Albany or New Albany and she was helpful. Hopefully the issues will be resolved moving forward.

Sending a text code to areas with pore cellular signal don’t work well.
Doesn’t work
This app does not work half of the time. I will be in the middle of scheduling a payment then won’t be able to scroll down to continue. I have to get out of the app and back in again hoping it didn’t charge me twice!
