Response from developer
We're sorry the app let you down. You're right that listing quality is what matters most, and cleaning out incorrect or non-farm entries is an ongoing, top priority for us. We add and re-verify thousands of farms every week, but some bad data does slip through. If you can tell us which listings were wrong (a museum or a farm with bad details), please email support@viralyze.org and we'll fix them right away.

Thank you for flagging this, and we're sorry for the frustration. Farms do close or change seasons, and we're on it: we add thousands of new farms every week and re-verify listings on a rolling basis to keep the map accurate. If a specific farm you visited turned out to be closed, tell us which one at support@viralyze.org and we'll check and update it right away. Your reports genuinely help keep Farm to Table reliable for everyone!
Disappointed

We're really sorry to hear that, and you're right, coverage in Marin County is still thin. We're growing fast: we add thousands of new farms every week, and the Bay Area is one of our priority regions right now. If there's a farm, farmers market, or CSA you love, send it to support@viralyze.org and we'll verify and add it. We hope you'll give Farm to Table another try soon!
It doesn’t show me anything that is useful I use all these markets already. I want a full refund!!!
Response from developer
Hi Sheron, thanks for the honest feedback — sorry the farms near you were ones you already knew. We're expanding the map state by state and adding new farms and producers every day, so your area should look very different soon. On the refund: App Store purchases are refunded by Apple directly, not by us — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com under your purchase history. Anything else we can help with, we're at support@viralyze.org.
