Had game years ago loved it downloaded again started playing purchased the game pack never got it now game is frozen and tried to Msg for support and they won’t let u send messages every deleted and downloaded again same problem

I played this game for over a year + on Android but they stopped updating on it there.
I thought when I saw it here they were just focuing on iOS devics only.
Played for two days, made to purchases in the last 30 mins when I receivd neither I requested my money back as nd now can't get back in the game. Forever loading along with my memories of playing this game.
Do not download this game, the creators sadly gave up some years ago.

How do I get my progress back, is anyone supporting this app anymore?
I love to play this game, have for years and years. Then all of the sudden, all my progress is gone. Along with all the things I bought. I have reached out to Support, with no response whatsoever… Customer support, please respond to your costumers! I would really like to get my progress and items back! When you do, I will change my rating to 5✨

Too slow
Never enough energy to finish mining. Would have to buy energy with real money to get the stuff from mining. Can’t expand farm without mining. Game has gone downhill since update a few years ago. It’s all about making money by forcing you to buy energy

Love the game but it runs out of energy too fast. You should have tapjoy for gold coins and energy.

Don’t bother
After numerous technical issues and no help from support I tried uninstalling and reloading this game. To my horror I’ve lost the lot! 27 levels, days of building, and money paid lost. Gutted and extremely angry. Thanks for nothing support!
Just horrible!
What you have done to this game is unbelievably bad, to the extent that I’m deleting it from this iPad. The other iPad, I have refused to upgrade because I was seeing things I don’t like, and am seeing more, even without an update. I envision deleting that version as well, sooner than later.

Upgrade wiped out my progress
The new upgrade wiped out my progress that I earned by playing for years. Support is not responding via the usual channels. Any fixes for this ?
Not the same
This game was my favorite up until qumaron took over. Now it’s too hard to get anywhere in the game. I keep coming back hoping it’s been changed back to some of the way it was before but nope. 😞
Could be fun but very buggy
Tasks don't update, but accumulate (fully upgraded house and three 'upgrade the house' tasks that will likely stay there forever). Energy doesn't always replenish.
The constant bugging to spend money either via tasks or "special offers" is also very annoying. It would be a lot more attractive if the game could just cost something to start with rather than trying to get money to advance throughout the game.

Great game!
I love this version better than the version for the iPhone. This one gives me unlimited energy opportunities and it is so much fun! I wish you could profit from all of the crops and not just some of them though...hopefully that will be fixed in an update! 😁
Disappointingly boring game!
If I could give this zero stars, I would. You start off with only 24 energy, and rapidly use them off on the most insignificant things, like mowing the lawn, and then have to sit there another half-hour before you can refill your energy to do anything else. Get rid of the energy requirements. You are losing customers this way!! Big mistake Big Fish!!

No profits
It’s too hard to make any profits on this game. The game used to be a great game - my favorite game. Then they stopped doing anything with it. I was so excited to see they brought it back. It’s just not the same game though. It takes forever to make enough money to make any purchases. I can’t even get enough money to update the chicken coup or buy a sheep’s pen. The profits are ridiculously low, and some produce you lose money on. For the amount of energy, the profits need to be higher so that you can buy the items needed to keep up with the game, otherwise you fall way behind and the game becomes pointless and boring! Please make it more like it was before, it used to be a really fun, great game!

What’s up with Snooze “Z’s” very Annoying
This game is very relaxing and fun to play. I have been playing this game for 6 years and have spent over $1,000.00 USD on this great game but today I started to play this Game and the entire screen was filled with floating/moving “Z’s” The Z’s really distract you from playing this Great Game. I know the Stupid “Z’s” are telling you that your Factories & Plant Land Patches need to make or grow something but it is Absolutely Ridiculous! You only have 4 workers who cannot be everywhere at once. The Z’s are so distracting that you are not even able to play the Game correctly. Since Qumaron took over this Game they have made some Good Upgrade Changes But they also made some very Bad changes to the point that I don’t even want to play this Game anymore! This is so Sad because they could have made a lot more money if People really Enjoy the Game! The Game is no longer Relaxing & Fun But now its Stressful & Annoying! I Rated this Game 2 Stars because of the “Z’s” When it used to be a 5 Star Game!
