The new platform is trash
This new update doesn’t keep up with your current balance one day it will update the next day a few days late it updates again and tells u you have more then what you had yesterday on you balance with out putting a deposit in this is very stressfully so please update this our return to the formal platform that was so much better then this trash

Mobile app for iPhone
The latest update (5.0) does not fit the size format of the iPhone, it cuts off the amounts & the only way to see it is to touch each transaction, needs updating PLEASE, I use this multiple times a day to monitor my accounts.
New Interface is the pits
There was nothing wrong with the old interface but IT has to change it up and make how the app works is terrrible and now very slow to update. Had to redo the biometrics and co-workers thinks the new interface is a backwards step..

Needs improvement
Been a customer for a few months and have had several issues with the mobile app for iPhone in that time. Mobile Deposit feature has been problematic on and off. Unable to schedule recurring payments from app. Needs more attention. If you rely on a mobile app for most of your banking, you might need to look elsewhere.
