Unneeded steps
If Farmina wanted to create a rewards program, they should’ve just done so on their regular website instead of having to create a separate app in order to use it. They should know just from ordering food on a regular basis that you’re fulfilling the requirement to get a free bag without having to go to the trouble of searching and finding an obscure code and making sure you type it in exactly correctly. The whole thing is a bit of a runaround.

App hardly opens
When this app decides to open and work it’s great. Unfortunately 9 times out of 10, I open the app and just get the loading screen.

Make the codes bigger and brighter on the food so we can apply the code to get our free bags plus update the image on the app to where to locate the codes new location your food is pricey I expect the best from your brand.
Poor customer support poor color selection
So the color selections make it very difficult to see cursor and read pop up prompts.
When I made enough errors because of the above issues entering a phone number I called and was told to try to reinstall the app. That did not work seeing I already have the email registered, and the security flag was already thrown for the next 24 hours.
