Unneeded steps
If Farmina wanted to create a rewards program, they should’ve just done so on their regular website instead of having to create a separate app in order to use it. They should know just from ordering food on a regular basis that you’re fulfilling the requirement to get a free bag without having to go to the trouble of searching and finding an obscure code and making sure you type it in exactly correctly. The whole thing is a bit of a runaround.

App hardly opens
When this app decides to open and work it’s great. Unfortunately 9 times out of 10, I open the app and just get the loading screen.

Make the codes bigger and brighter on the food so we can apply the code to get our free bags plus update the image on the app to where to locate the codes new location your food is pricey I expect the best from your brand.
Poor customer support poor color selection
So the color selections make it very difficult to see cursor and read pop up prompts.
When I made enough errors because of the above issues entering a phone number I called and was told to try to reinstall the app. That did not work seeing I already have the email registered, and the security flag was already thrown for the next 24 hours.

The APP is super helpful to figure out what’s best for my pets
Needs improvement
Tried to upload 5 codes. Only one was accepted. The other 4 either said expired, not valid or it just didn’t accept it. Had to upload a photo & I’m waiting to hear back about whether I’ve received credit for them.

Breed? Really? Unable to register. Done.
I feel like I’m doing you a favor by enrolling so you can track me .. however, I can’t even register my pets due to your breed requirement. Wasted half an hour trying to get around that. I just wanted info about shelf life of an open bag- info that I was unable to find on your website. What a waste of time. I’ll still use your food- but if you’re going to pretend to offer important information for responsible pet owners. You might think about how user friendly your app is. There are many alternatives. I should have believed your 3.5 rating!

Missing my dog’s breed
This seems like it would be a useful tool if only you had my dog’s breed as a choice. Please add Shetland Sheepdog to your list.
Won’t open
It asks to track my location, I said no, and then I get 3 lines and it won’t open. I deleted and reinstalled with no luck.

Why do u need my phone number?
I shouldn’t have to register my phone number just to find out how much food I should feed my pet. That is a huge overstep. I do appreciate that u allow people to not have their info sold. But there should be an option not to share that info. And I’m not going to allow your app to use my location at all times. This is a pet app, not a social media company. I did not expect this. Uninstalled.

I am just getting started on the app and love the Farmina products, but my dogs breed isn't listed. I have three Volpino Italianos. Is it possible to add this breed to ensure I follow your best recommendations? Thank you

Absolutely LOVE their product!! App is great but it would be nice if you could order through it as well. Customer service is selective on the emails they answer. I can’t get a response for my open ticket from almost 10 days ago. My consultant responded to my email about a coupon code but hasn’t responded to either of my emails about the wrong food delivered?? 🤔🤔 Maybe this review will get a response.

MISSING
I went to register both my dogs but you do not list their breed. They are both Havanese, a fairly common breed. I was going to send a message through the app itself but could not find a link to send messages anywhere🤷♀️ I ended up deleting the app. I still gave it 4 stars because I like the concept of the app even though it was not for my dogs.

It’s nice to have my multiple pets information available in one spot and quickly. Easy to enter and keep track of all their stats, plus the benefit of nutritional consultation at my fingertips. I’m excited to see the changes in my pup’s bloodwork and health after starting this nutrition journey with my Pet Health Coach.
