Erased All My Progress
Played this game for months while I was pregnant to pass the time and put in so much time, effort and money just for it all to be COMPLETELY gone one day. I clicked on the game like normal and found I was back to level 1 with the starting coin amount they give you (10,000). I was level 30, had hundreds of gems and over 100k in coins that I bought. Just for it all to be gone. Outrageous. Please don’t buy game currency as something like this can happen to you.

FILTERS ON CATALOG
I’ve loved this game ever since I was really young and even back then i wished there was an option to search up a certain outfit or filter to a certain color. This would make doing quests a little bit easier because we can search up the name of the outfit and for the players that have their shops monochrome or just color coded. Please add this!!🫶🏻

Love all the new features! Being able to put the tiles and wallpaper all at once and now I can search for what I want and get it fast, I don’t have to go back and forth again and again which was so annoying. I am very happy and you guys did a great job with the updates. Thank you!

Fav game as a child and adult.
27 years old and have been playing since middle school. It’s finally gotten updated so that’s amazing!! I’ve made sure to always know how to verify myself so I could get it on every new iPhone and have my same account and they have always helped me restore my original account. So much fun and simple. Idk why it’s so addicting. 10/10. Realized it’s way more grown women playing than children lol. It’s a classic.

Please have custom categories
I’ve been playing this game since I was in middle school. With so many new outfits, I wish we could custom categorize whatever we wanted. Like I could build my fall catalog, sports catalog etc. or if I wanted to sort it by color too. And please keep bringing back old outfits that got discontinued. Thank you!

I’ve been playing this game for years. I’m loving all the new outfits. I would suggest offering children and male clothing. Also, on your task, asking for 30 people to give you an item is too many. It takes about four days for all my friends to give me 30 items to complete that task.. Which then takes the fun from the game.

I have played fashion story for years I am at the max level for everything but I’m curious why 12 achievements are locked,can’t they be unlocked?They are there but they can’t be accessed,I would love to be able to completely finish it and it’s frustrating to see the last few I need but with no way to access them,I can’t really update my review because iv had no response which is typical so if there is a problem don’t expect any feedback,

I love the update that’s coming, but I think we need a little bit of a tweak to it. The search icon was added for outfits, but it only works if you know the whole outfit name… so instead it should be by each items name, because if I need a certain item restocked, I can click and see the name of that item, but I can’t see the whole outfit name, so I still have to scroll all the way just to find the name.
Secondly, I think there needs to be a better option of scrolling through the clothes. If the search button worked it wouldn’t be needed, but because sometimes you need an item that’s all the way at the end, it can take up to 2 minutes just to scroll all the way there.

The game is great, but the ads are a turn off. Makes me not want to play. Also, I don’t know what’s going on with the Oasis Palm Wardrobe I can’t put it in storage, it won’t move and part of it is sticking out into the yard.

I love the new update. The only thing on the game I don’t like is the amount of gems we have to use to purchase some things. It takes a long time to save them. Some of us have a small income and can’t afford to buy gems. But you really did a great job on the new update. Thank you!
