Needs Improvements
I have been playing this game since before 2014, and it lacks updates. Instead of giving us new outfits & goals every couple of weeks, I would love for TeamLava to focus on fixing the game instead of making it worse like the latest update. Ordering clothes takes ages now, if you don’t order any clothes while looking at the catalog it brings you to the beginning, the catalog scrolls SO SLOW, etc. Everything about the *main part* of the game, which is ordering clothes, is so slow. I would love for that to be sped up & the game to be updated with a search feature for the catalog & design tabs so we don’t have to scroll 100+ times to get to an item, and/or make it to where we could select the # of catalog slots and bulk order clothing items. Another great update would be the ability to keep a certain floor tile selected and have the ability to place multiple down back to back, like Bakery Story, instead of having to select the tiles every time.
Please stop giving us new clothing items, and instead bring the game up-to-date in 2026. Thank you.

steals your time and money
you spend so much time saving the n you get missions asking for 500 coins if you dont do it in time you lost your coins… you store your items you lost all your time and coins on your items. you accidentally spend gems you cant get gems back. its always them asking more from you. all of their clothes is HOURS of your time then stuff sells out so you cant be fully stocked

Same frustrations 10+ years later
I played this game religiously back in 2012-2015 then on and off until 2020 and spent more than I care to admit buying gems. Decided to redownload because honestly it was an enjoyable game for the most part.
I hate the ads that now pop up when you try to place your orders in the shop. Im already buying gems and now you’re trying to squeeze more out of players by making us watch ads? And on top of that the game purposely (yes, on purpose) makes it where there’s no “confirm purchase” of extra slots so if you accidentally click on “buy more slots”, or whatever it is, it automatically purchases it without asking for confirmation. That could be an easy fix for the developer but they don’t on purpose. There’s small gameplay mechanics that are still lacking after all these years (I.e no search bar when looking through the catalog). The biggest headache about this game is the inability to transfer your game from one device to another without jumping through hoops…have to dl a separate game just to create and login then I have to email storm8 and give them information about my shop (I.e how many gems your shop has).

Been a fan for YEARS
Love this game. Grew up playing this and always loved customizing my shop anyway I want, and the clothes option are really cute. The only thing I wish would improve is the catalog when swiping through to find certain items. Or it’s organized by time duration and have a favorite folder. When I get gifts from others and I’m adding it, the screen is darker as if I’m in a menu but I’m still allowed to add items to be store. I wish some of the items weren’t so high in gems (have to pay) for certain tables. After awhile of watching ads that option no longer shows up

Bring back old items, so we can purchase them(ex: waterfall) Most players only stay here to make friends.

I’ve been playing this game since I was a kid, I even remember when you guys had dance club story. I love that this game still gets updates and that other people still play it. Thanks for making so many memories.
great for the nostalgia
i downloaded this game bc i used to play it when i was younger and loved it. my experience was great at first, but they don't update this game or offer individualized support on it anymore. i love this game for the general objective - re-stock, decorate, support neighboring boutiques - it's great! i personally enjoyed focusing more on my store aesthetics rather than completing missions.
however, it was annoying that i couldn't search items in the catalog, and individual parts of an outfit sometimes had a different name from the outfit itself, so it was hard for me to remember which top/bottoms/shoes/etc. belonged to which outfit. the catalog was also glitchy in general, sending you back to the beginning of a category if you tap on an outfit and press back to return to the category you're in (casual/formal/nightlife/runway).
i ultimately uninstalled the game because all of my racks and counters suddenly cleared when i returned to my boutique after gifting and liking items at my neighbors' boutiques. they were all full with 3000+ units each. at that point i didn't feel like putting in the time to restock them all. i still play bakery & restaurant story (the originals, not the 2nd ones) but sadly this one's not for me anymore.

Ads Are Unbearable
Literally 3 different ads everytime i boot up the game. Its so unfortunate. The catalog is currently so boring. I wish the developers cared about the game. It was so fun when i was a kid. Im 25 now and it breaks my heart that its not as fun anymore. Then if youre not getting ads, then the app is very glitchy. Plss fix!

Not what it used to be.
I used to play this game years ago when it first came out. I redownloaded it last year and started playing it. I hadn’t been back on it in a while now only because before you even click on anything to start actually playing the game, you have to close 10 -15 pop ups first. And then you finally think oh I can play the game, wrong! Now you have to watch an add 🙃🙃🙃🙃.

Glitch no new updates
I’ve played on and off since for about 12 years or so and it’s still the exact same. I feel the creator has not made any changes or improvements on this app it has major glitches and it’s ruined the love I have for the game. I hope soon they’ll add better features better ways to view the whole store get coins gems ect. All the reviews that didn’t have much good to say are all true and it sucks ! Please if you guys see these reviews please change up the app I love this game too much to just not see you guys take care of it and do better

So I did the level for the one minute clothes then while I was putting the shoes out I noticed it had restarted as well as the two minute too. It keeps happening, I contacted support to see if they would help but couldn’t
