Don’t bother ordering from them
Never received order!! This is the first time I have ever left a review for an app. And don’t bother ordering from them. I never received my order. Emailed their customer service. They pretty much wrote me off. Told me to check my porch and anyone living with me. Yeah, I can tell if a bright pink package is on my porch. Then I was told to file a claim with USPS. They don’t care about their customers once they ship the order out. They do not care if their customers receive their orders.

Too many notifications
I really like this store and HOWEVER the lives and notifications are out of control. I usually receive 3 notifications in a row for 1 live. Ridiculous. Tonight I received 12 notifications in 1 hour. It’s too much. I like the store and all but this is excessive.

I wanted to buy from this boutique before writing a review. I must say it was well worth it. I’ve now placed six orders in two months and every single piece I have purchased has exceeded my expectations. The ladies are great and explain how items fit so well. I am definitely going to keep ordering from this business. These ladies down in Georgia are doing it right!

I hate the fact that you can’t see the whole video when you watch on replay or when they have videos of the product. Fix that so I can shop more. I like to see the length on items and with the shop button at the bottom it makes it difficult to see anything.

I love fashion ten. If there was any suggestions I would have, it would be to have a better shipping option. I hate to have to pay separate shipping for items that you are putting in one shipping container. However, I love this site so much I order often! Also, I would probably spend more money if I got a notification to my phone when something comes available on my waitlist👀😂🤷🏼♀️

Stop kicking me off the app!
I would have probably bought more items but I got aggravated because everyone I was actually reviewing the inventory for a while I was kicked off the app and had to start all over! I like to shop and shop a lot!! Especially for Christmas and do it early and I have a huge family with lots of females to buy for. If you want me to buy more items from Fashion Ten through your app then stop kicking me off of your app because it’s very frustrating to find something that I think would be perfect for a specific person and then get kicked off and go back and try to find it again! I eventually got fed up and gave up and just checked out without finishing what I started shopping for in the first place!

Love the New Update
This is my favorite app I love the new update the only thing I would change is giving a little bit longer time to pay for an item sometimes it goes in my cart and before I can get home or back to the app it’s already expired. I liked it better when they gave you several hours I’m not one that’s on my phone all the time so I missed stuff but other than that this is perfect and I know you can’t please everybody all the time so just keep up the good work!!!!
