App doesn’t work
Since the latest update of this app I am unable to use it. All menus lead to a “can’t find any items” message.
First had the issue in December & still not sorted.

Love shopping in FW. Everything I need is at the tip of a button. Great sizes and fantastic designs.
Need additional delivery instructions added
The biggest issue I have with the apps is that you cannot add any notes yourself for delivery instructions. Example is delivery drivers no longer seem to have time to wait for you to get to the door. So you need to add things like - poor mobility please give chance to answer the door. Or my latest one is the drivers are just throwing onto a public foot through by my gate instead of opening the gate and just leaving by the back door. Anyone can walk away with the parcel and only yodel are leaving notes to let you know there’s parcels there. If our parcels go missing - and I’ve had this happen recently - even though not delivered to you you are still being held liable by some companies. Quality
Always good quality items at reasonable prices. I have never had any clothing item need a repair, and they always keep colour. I would say most of my clothes are from Fashion World as they are good with sizing.

Can you please fix the app , I cannot access my saved items anymore, I have to sign in every time I move across the app even though I’m signed in already or put Face ID on something please , otherwise it’s a great app to use but please fix issues

Keeps crashing
Great app, but takes forever to load my basket and as soon as it loads it freezes and goes off the screen.
Also it’s not syncing to the internet version, so I can’t complete my order that way.
