Freezes when attempting to upload seller’s permit
All I get is error messages
Unable to see my orders, the chat or the items that I have synced to my store.

They kept giving excuses on why they can’t take my resellers permit when everything was legit I never had a problem with other vendors about my resellers permit only them I do not want to do business with them very unprofessional and discriminate they only due business if you actually own a shop they don’t support online boutique owners

As a boutique owner, I started using dropshipping services for the first time this year. As a FashionGo user, I am thrilled that such a dropshipping app is available and I have been using it very effectively so far. Above all, I want to praise the app for its simple design and easy navigation, which makes it very user-friendly. This has made my dropshipping business much easier and more convenient. Horrible Site and Inventory Is Never Correct
I rely on dropshipping and inventory being correct. No inventory is ever correct. I add something with plenty of inventory, as it says. Then I click unavailable after I add it and the item that shows inventory is there, but now says it’s unavailable. Very unreliable site as well as inventory is a waste of my time. Even on the new app, inventory is not correct. I added something that says 51 available items in inventory, add it to my store, go through formatting and changing it, then to find out there is no stock only after adding it to my shop. This is the second time I have stopped using fashiongo because I have had to refund new customers on my end because of their inventory issues. No longer, lesson learned. Fix this issue, then we can do business.

Great items, if they ever ship
I’ve had 5 orders since adding this shipper and of those 5, only ONE order shipped without me having to try to contact Fashiongo for info, help or tracking. I currently have an order that was placed 14 days ago and it’s still saying it’s “accepted “ but has not updated since to show that it’s been fulfilled or shipped. I’ve used their contact form and haven’t received a reply. I guess this means I’ll have to wait until Monday - another 2 days - to call. I will likely discontinue my use if this shipper since service is lacking and very slow.

This app is so convenient
I was originally a user but now that app has come out, I can now easily use it anytime, anywhere!
Good enough
Good for on the go use. I’m consistently browsing new items and stuff on mobile. It makes it quick for me to take them to my website. But i need to take care of the orders or returns on PC, but it’s really np cuz autopay pretty much take care of it so… yea good enough i guess.
Good for starting business
There are many dropshipping apps but this one is definitely one of the great ones. Wide selection, great products, completely free. This app makes it easier for me. Amazing customer service and practical functionality.
