Card doesn’t work at all
When adding card manually to Apple Pay it shows "Contacting card issuer" then shows "Could not add card" error in Apple Pay app. Trying the "Add card to Apple Pay" button in Fasset app also does nothing. Tried changing Country/Region both in appstore and phone settings. Kept both settings same region as well. Tried everything according to their instructions but still the same issue for several days. So in the end it seems it’s a problem from their side. And I think this problem will never be solved because taking your money is their business.

Really happy with the Fasset app so far. The interface is clean, everything works smoothly, and it’s easy to navigate even if you’re new. Deposits and withdrawals are quick, and the app feels secure. Definitely a good platform.

Amazing customer service from their WhatsApp support team. I was facing an OTP issue, and Kashmala was extremely helpful, patient, and professional in resolving it.
Huge scam
Becareful they will block your account and let you without answers for day and they will keep the money inside becareful. Even with mail ect nobody answers really, they blocked me everywhere. I try maybe 150 times to contact vis mail i never got a reply you are huge scam

I’ve been using the Faceit app for a while now, mainly its digital virtual card, which I’ve also connected with Apple Pay, and the experience has been excellent. The app is very easy to use, and P2P transfers work smoothly with no issues or worries at all. Transactions are fast and reliable. What really stands out is the support team they respond quickly and resolve any disputes in a very professional and timely manner. The USD global account works perfectly, and the OWN points feature is a unique and valuable addition that makes the app even more enjoyable to use.
