App is trash after submitting 5steps of capture there was no security question to select and move to the next… for 2 different days.
Now it’s making me wonder if you just need access to peoples bvn and then they can’t proceed

You requested for account upgrade, I applied all what is needed, it has never be upgraded for the past 5 days now. What's the essence of you telling me to upgrade when y'all know that, you can't give me the loan I requested for? I wish there's no need for me give you a star for this😢

Why is the company not given loans to the private sector? I can only see the public sector which I find not suitable. Please do something about this.
