Buggy App
Not only has the price jumped tremendously, but the new app is full of bugs to the point I cannot add my make or model of my vehicle. This used to be worth it, but not anymore. If you’re going to force customers to use a new app, then don’t disable the old one before kinks are worked out with the new one. I did however receive a free wash, which I already used. The QR code is now on the phone and it’s difficult to scan the machine. I preferred when I could leave my windows rolled up and scan. Hoping this app will become more user friendly in the near future.
