Can never log in!!

I hadn’t used my card for a very long time and had trouble resetting the password. I went into the store and got a new card and then was able to do it. Now it says I have to login again and it won’t let me and I can’t reset the password!! It keeps giving an error message even though it meets their criteria. What’s the use of an app when you can’t even login?!?!? Deleting and shopping somewhere else

Account is locked with the key thrown away. Password constantly set, only to not work used(?)

For the love of god, how can I create a password that allows me to LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT? You know, like a password is supposed to do?
