I don't know what's been going on in the past couple months with the Weis app, but it just clocks, or spins, every time I try to sign into the app. I get emails for coupons to clip, on items I use, but when I 'clip' them, out of the email, it takes me to the Internet, and it won't sign me in. Sometimes I will click on 'open' the app, and it will take me there but it won't sign me in there either. I've complained and did get help the first time and now nobody replies to my emails.

I moved to the Brunswick area two years ago, and I have to say that this store offers pretty much anything you want and it is always always clean. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh.
app inconsistent, awful
Weis market in Lansdale is absolutely the best. After a horrible 6 months with Giant in Hatfield, Weis always pulls through and does a great job pulling and delivering my groceries. Sharon always calls and checks with me if there are any questions. She is absolutely awesome and she goes above and beyond! Everyone at Lansdale does. Could not be happier!

The app is not very nice. The Wegmans app is much better
Just around the corner, so convenient.😊👍🙏🏽
The app itself is decent but trying to sign in and update your information is awful. My password was denied multiple times and I had to create another one multiple times, again refused right after a new one was created and accepted. Had to change my email because I couldn’t sign in under my email that I normally use. It should not be this difficult to use a grocery store app :/

I enjoy the simplicity of this app. It’s really annoying having to go look products up to see the ingredients before adding to my pickup order. You have a section dedicated to nutrition facts and ingredients, and it never has ingredients.
Order didn’t go thru but rep filled it! Thanks!
This app has given me many problems. The sign in feature sent me in circles. It required a phone call and an in store visit to BEGIN to resolve the issue. I use an iPad Pro, and Amazon certainly doesn’t behave this poorly. (The polite phone rep said we were the third person who had the issue that day.)

unable to find all the ingredients for products carried, unable to see all items are kosher. it also does not have all the products carried in the store.
The app gets stuck on the startup page and never loads.
I ENJOY SHOPPING AT WEIS, MILLVILLE,STAFF ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
This app might be the worst grocery store app I have tried to use on a regular basis. Despite a store being picked as my favorite, it defaults when I open the app to another store. When I try to use it at the register, it conveniently has logged me out and requires authentication. When I have a store selected none of the products are actually listed in the aisle that the app says they should be in so I end up walking and walking and walking, which might be on purpose, so that I will load up on impulse buys.

The app asked to changed my password & I did but it just keeps looping back & sending emails to reset password. It was working great until this glitch.
I can’t ever log in because I can’t supply my member#! In the store I use my phone# rather than the card, which I can’t find anymore. Maddening to jump through so many hoops to save money. Otherwise, I like the store.
There is no easy way to click to add an eCoupon to a shopping list, need a tweak. Missing aisle locations also. Look at the Wegmans’ App. Making these 2 changes would improve this app, IMHO.
A very convenient and well designed App. Had the UIX Designers considered a 'Continue Shopping' Button. At least on the 'Check-Out' page?
The app is really great until I got to entering my new rewards card number. Apparently you’re supposed to use the first number on your rewards card but not the last number! Very confusing I had to call the store!
This app would be better if you could access the pharmacy info through it. Very frustrating to not be able to.
