App critique:
I can’t ever log in because I can’t supply my member#! In the store I use my phone# rather than the card, which I can’t find anymore. Maddening to jump through so many hoops to save money. Otherwise, I like the store.
Decent. Need Tweaking.
There is no easy way to click to add an eCoupon to a shopping list, need a tweak. Missing aisle locations also. Look at the Wegmans’ App. Making these 2 changes would improve this app, IMHO.
Needs a 'Continue Shopping' Button.
A very convenient and well designed App. Had the UIX Designers considered a 'Continue Shopping' Button. At least on the 'Check-Out' page?
App great but…
The app is really great until I got to entering my new rewards card number. Apparently you’re supposed to use the first number on your rewards card but not the last number! Very confusing I had to call the store!
Good store only half an app
This app would be better if you could access the pharmacy info through it. Very frustrating to not be able to.
Needs improvement
This grocery shopping app could do with some improvements. One thing is the search feature, you have to be very specific in order to find what you are looking for, if you’re lucky to find it at all. Sometimes I’ll have a couple results turn up for a search and other times I have stuff show up that doesn’t make sense with what I searched for. This could be user error, however I do not have this issue with other grocery apps I use.
Another issue that could be improved is the information available on each item page. The nutrition facts are usually totally incorrect or not filled in at all, and key information is often missing from the product description. One key thing missing is the ingredient list! So many people use the ingredient list when deciding to buy a product.This is important to have available if you are giving the option for grocery pickup or delivery where you will not be physically getting the items yourself, therefore you are not able to see the information in person before purchasing the product.
If I am being totally honest, the subpar experience with this app and the troubles I have listed are enough to turn me off from shopping here as I do much of my shopping, either via grocery pickup or just grocery list building, using grocery apps. Not shopping here due to these issues is unfortunate as I have seen multiple items that I buy frequently are often cheaper at Weis than competitors in my area. Perhaps with app improvements I may use it more in the future.

Can’t load app
I’m having the same problem and have tried 2 different phones. Both say the same thing as the review above that there are network issues. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again and that didn’t work. It’s definitely not my phones.

Supposed network issue
I have used the app for years. All of a sudden it says there are network issues. Nothing had changed at my end. I see another review let with the same issue. I hope they fix it soon.
Filing a complaint with the state AG.
The requirement to use e-coupons while the app frequently fails to allow customers to log in is extremely frustrating. Employees seem aware of the issue but are unable to honor the advertised discounts when the app does not work, making many sales feel misleading and inaccessible. Customers should not have to struggle with technical problems just to receive advertised pricing. If the company cannot maintain a reliable coupon system, they should offer another way to apply discounts. I plan to report these concerns and the misleading sale practices to the state Attorney General’s office.

Network/VPN issues???
It worked fine for along time and now it won’t open up and says there are network or VPN issues. I deleted it and reinstalled it today. Same problem. PLEASE fix this. I’m losing money.

Delivery scam
Weis utilizes DoorDash. There is no way to block certain drivers or submit problems with your order in the app. I ordered a $14 rotisserie and even though I paid for it, I never received it. I had to go through the general inquiry forms on Weis’ website and explained the exact problem, along with my order number (which has my card information) and the store location. I didn’t receive a refund. I received a voicemail from someone who works there asking me to call them back. Why should I have to call them when they have all of the information they need to provide me a refund? I won’t be using it to get groceries delivered anymore.

Easy ordering for delivery
Same day delivery is always key especially now.
Awful app
Constantly signs me out. infinite loads 80% of the time when I try to log into my account because it logged me out and I can’t reaccess anything. Slow, eclipped coupons don’t work often, sometimes clicking into a product doesn’t show absolutely anything. Just an all around bad app which is a shame because Weis is close to me, but I usually just go to giant because I can get curbside pickup to work much quicker and easier than this app allows.

Terrible App
This has to be the worst app ever. It will not log me in no matter how much I try to set a new password. I keep getting the same message: login failed check credentials. I have use the Giant app instead to order groceries. Weis, fix your App!

I am having the same problem with the network issue. So are other friends I talked to. The problem is at Weis not our phones
