Today’s shopping experience
I have ordered from ShopRite from Home more than a half a dozen times. My experience yesterday and today was a nightmare – I have never had this kind of problem. Something has happened to your website – please change it back to the way it was or I will go elsewhere. I have spent over 3 hours trying to straighten out this order.
This is the same review that I wrote a while back. And it still holds.From what was so easy during and after Covid, as well as super and human telephone support at that time, it is nothing at all easy today. Very disappointed.

Price differences
I was planning my shopping trip in the ShopRite app in the location that I was headed to. I selected certain items based off of need/price/brand etc. However, I noticed that some of those items were not the same price in the store that was posted on the app. I did confirm that it was the correct items by the SKU number. That makes it a little harder to plan trips if the items that you’re looking to purchase have varied prices during the planning phase vs. getting to the store. It kind of defeats the purpose of planning.
