So tired of you guys logging people out. You only do this so people do not use the coupons. Really makes me not want to shop here that I have to continuously login and always have a problem signing in.

Sign-in loop
Can sign into app no matter how many times I try signing in because of the stupid wakefin login and not my user name and password. The inconvenience outlays its usefulness. Going to stop and shop now instead.

It is the standard for worst grocery store apps in the known universe. Incapable of even sending an email to reset your password, just attempting to sign in is a constant reminder that my money going elsewhere is a great thing.

Home Delivery
Wonderful business you have with being able to have groceries delivered for senior citizens that have problems with their knees. You do a wonderful job and following my orders and making sure you put my groceries on the right porch thank you.
Worst app ever
Is there instructions for downloading digital coupons?! Why aren’t the items some type of order? It makes zero sense. Goes from a food item then bathroom cleaner back strawberries next is draino. To make matters worse let’s not just put all of the laundry detergent listed by brand together? There are no less than 10 different items listed for the same Gain detergent in different sizes. Put it under one then we can click on the actual size/scent we want. News flash nobody wants to scroll through tons of household cleaners to get to a coupon for a cake. Does corporate see us lowly customers view of the app or probably not considering navigating digital coupons makes me want to drink. I’d even take alphabetical order at this point. To just have every items coupon just listed wherever in no particular order or category is insane. Please redo the format of the digital coupon section. Please. Or get the developer of the app some adhd meds please bc this is so all over the place it deters me from shopping at the store from time to time. How hard can it be? You have 8 different sizes/scents of tide on sale? List the tide then click on it then there you can further look for the specific tide you want. It’s literally that easy. And maybe remember our “group like things together” lessons from elementary. I shouldn’t see coupon for Lysol then the very next item is mashed potatoes and the whole friggin digital coupon section is like this. I waded through 8 coupons for various Tide detergents, 10 gain just to get to apples. CATEGORIES!

No "On My Way" Button
The website and app keep encouraging users to tap the "On My Way" button when they are on their way, but there is no such button for me anywhere in the app. I can view my pending order in prior orders, but there's no option for me to indicate that I'm on my way. So I have to wait longer when I am at the store. Please fix this.

Can’t see product in coupons
I have used this app since the pandemic and love the ability to have my shopping list right on the app with aisle and now even shelf locations. But in the new version it does not have the name of the items in the coupons and the pictures are too small to see what they are. My other longtime peeve is that you can’t use it in landscape mode, rendering my iPad external keyboard in the case useless unless I type sideways. Update 8/26: It now allows me to use it when my iPad is in landscape mode, allowing me to use my attached keyboard without having to type sideways, but the app itself is in portrait mode so it is smaller. I find some items missing nutrition labels - only ingredients in the Nutrition tab. Also, in both coupon and weekly ad when I select an item to search the available items and add to list, when I hit the back arrow it takes me back to the beginning of the coupon list or weekly ad. Annoying to have to scroll down again. And they are asking for consent to share more information for ad/marketing purposes and it was initially really slow. I don’t love it as much as I used to and can see a time when I might have to give it up and thusly switch to Aldi or Lidl.

This app is the WORST
I forgot my password so you can choose to have a verification code to reset your password sent to you via either text message or voice call. I’ve tried both methods, neither of them work…I did not receive a verification code with either of the methods. Because of this, I can’t get into my account, and I can’t take advantage of a free $100 deal at ShopRite offered through my credit card!!! My last ditch effort will be to delete the app and create a new account with another email address.

App sucks
Your app sucks. Wouldn’t let me pay multiple times. I wouldnt have to buy this stuff using the app if you got rid of the stupid self checkouts. You never have anyone on the registers.
Awful App Update
You get logged out every time you open the app. Ok. Not a problem. Login saved. Says it’s incorrect. It’s not. So go to reset password (AGAIN). Wants to send me a confirmation code. Ok. Enter info. Nothing. Send an email instead? Ok. Nothing. An endless loop of never being able to login now. I tried deleting the app (didn’t work) and restarting my phone (didn’t work). They tell you to contact their email but the customer service gives you two options (above. Tried both. They don’t work. So NOW WHAT?!) So? I deleted the app. Bye bye ShopRite. You wanna track everything we shop for anyway so wasn’t nice knowing you. Aldi’s is much cheaper anyway!

Unusable
No way to log in. When I try to, it says ‘get the app’? I am in the app right now? I have tried redownloading, changing default browser, idk what else to do. Logging in on mobile browser also doesn’t allow me to clip coupons because the coupon page doesn’t recognise when I am logged in.
