I have been trying to reset my password for a couple of days with no lock nor any way to get assistance to reset my password.
Why do i have to sign in every time i go jnto the app?
I have to sign in every time I access the app. I don’t have to do that with other grocery apps.

The sales are not very good the stock not very good the shop from home people on the phone are amazing
Clunky, painful, behind the times
My issues with this app:
- It periodically requires me to sign in again as if ordering my groceries is an issue of national security
- The search engine is awful - think pre Google search engine
- Unacceptable bugs, like not copying over my cart if I switch from pick up to delivery

Since I can no longer go to the store I order Online and I have yet to meet a rude person. The personalities of all of your people that I have had contact with. Are exceptionally kind thank you.
Login Issues

Worst app
This app asks we for email and password every time I use it, one of the few apps I have this issue with.
Coupons
As a senior citizen the getting the digital coupons is very difficult. Signing on to the app is a nightmare and scrolling through. Is also a problem being at times after you you select something it tells you there’s a problem. There must be an easier way for senior citizens to get the sale items. Overall, the prices are the best, but as I said, the coupons make it not a pleasant experience.
