Very good service. Sometimes you don’t get all your items. Whether there out of it or just not put in your cart. But all in all great service.
Great shopping experience
This is a delightful experience every time I place an order. Sale prices from their ads are applicable, added online discounts are available, deliverys are available and done with a smile!
Leaving grocery out side
Numerous times they have missed my order. They have left stuff. They haven’t delivered my full order and then on top of that they have left my stuff outside. Not by my door like instructed.
Rotating
Good app but it forces rotation on my iPad even though rotation is locked. I need it to stop rotating.
Digital Coupons
I setup an account with this app but when I go into use it I keep receiving a message that the account is invalid. My daughter also setup a separate account under her name and she is also receiving the same message. Please let me know how I can use the app for the digital coupons.
Unreliable app
I just placed the same order for the third time. Each time, I order, pay, tip, complete and then when I check on delivery the order is gone and everything is back in my cart. Maybe cheaper and more reliable to use Door Dash if you have Dash Pass.
The easiest experience
I love the ease of using the online shopping app. The shoppers always do a great job of picking the correct products,and when there is a change in my order, a product is not available, my bill is adjusted and has always been accurate . I don’t miss going into the actual store
Delivery Fee
I love the fact of me being able to order online and not having to walk up and down those aisles. The only thing is the delivery fee is so expensive. Other than that, no complaints.
Mount Pocono pa
I love ShopRite. One major flaw at this location is no cell service for people picking up orders so sometimes you have to go into the store anyway. Maybe the store could offer customers a guest sign in that would work in parking lot?
