No longer working
App not working. When try to open says won’t work on a “jailbreak or sandbox phone” my phone has never been jailbroken or running a sandbox. Has become worthless. I’ve even tried reinstalling it. Only thing I do is I do the public bata OS but that has never been an issue in the past so maybe they need to update their app.

1st time user
So , 1st time using the app, I noticed it required multiple attempts to connect and save the changes. I wish you didn't have to reconnect to save any changes. It's cool to connect to it off but I know it's for Carriers with a different stickers,so I don't understand why it doesn't function with the unit powered up like the other HVAC equipment apps ( Trane, York, Daikin) prolly help with trouble shooting and doing stuff, but honestly it's definitely a great feature on units in this price point , an I appreciate the effort . Definitely helps to establish better value to the customer who may need a more affordable unit. I haven't dug dug into all that it can do but it's cool to change fan speed and other settings.

Never connects
An error occurred while reading from the NFC chip, please try again. This error has showed up on both units I have tried this app on. Terrible system. Amana systems with cool cloud have never given me an issue… also don’t have to turn off the power to connect to those…
Improved app is great
This app has had some updates recently. I like being able to look up a connected system, documents and the equipment information in the app.
Worthless and useless
Doesn’t proceed to the next screen after connection. Then will show 100 screens saying try again or power off unit. Fix your sh’t
Bugs, can’t look up model and serial numbers anymore
Can’t get past model and serial number lookup. Keeps saying. Invalid model number and kicks me out even though it pulls up equipment model and serial number. Serious bugs since last update May 9.2024

Doesn’t get past screen that says there are no stores near me. Would be a nice app I suppose.

Fast parts app won't open
I'm sure this would be a fantastic app for any technician working in the field but ... My app won't open so pretty hard to search parts
