App hasn’t worked for over a week
Button for contacting support doesn’t work and there’s just a message that they’re in high demand and will be back soon but it’s been over a week.
App not working neither is website
Was working great but suddenly isn’t working anymore. Website is down and app won’t let you login just keeps taking you back to login screen
Error
I’ve tried using it every time it gets the final step. It says error missing info. I’ve tried multiple times and it keeps coming to the same thing. I’ve spoken with support and have gotten nowhere.

Worked smoothly and got my back within minutes! Will use again.
Easy to navigate
This app is great. Refunds are essentially instant once the return is scanned in to be shipped back. They have a huge list of retailers and constantly are adding more.
Also even got the opportunity to provide feedback to their development team in exchange for a generous amount place onto a gift card of my choice!
Only reason I gave 4/5 is due to eligibility. Make sure your bank or whatever you places your original order with, is accepted at Fastback for returns. They verify your original purpose but don’t connect to PayPal :(
