Hi! We're sorry you had this issue, did you perhaps have a VPN on? Occasionally, if someone has a VPN or other masking addons on their browser they will have trouble making an account. Sorry again, and please reach out to us at help@winwinx.com so we can better assist you!

Scam!

This company is %100 a scam they will screw up the order do nothing to communicate drop the ball and now I’m having to deal with Best Buy business directly myself to fix their mistake. They don’t explain their purchasing limits upfront and there are no real people you are buying from. It is all “winwinx” using fake seller profiles most likely this is a front for a gift card scam too avoid at all costs!!!!

Robert, we’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but several parts of this review are inaccurate. Your order for a Bambu Lab 3D printer (base price approximately $799 before shipping and taxes) was canceled within a few hours of being accepted, and you were refunded immediately. Unfortunately, several days later, Best Buy mistakenly shipped the item despite the order already being canceled on their side. As soon as we were informed of the issue, we proactively contacted you by both email and text to explain the situation and provide updates. Our team spent significant time assisting as the liaison between you and Best Buy to help resolve the issue as smoothly as possible. Because the printer had been shipped in error and had not been paid for, Best Buy requested that the item be returned. Best Buy even arranged a pickup directly from your home, meaning no shipping label, drop-off, or additional effort was required on your end beyond making the item available for pickup. At no point was there any “gift card scam,” fake seller activity, or lack of communication. In fact, gift cards are not even permitted products on the WinWinX platform. We answered your calls, provided updates, processed your refund immediately, and worked to resolve a shipping mistake made by the retailer. Unfortunately, after learning that the item had been shipped in error and fully refunded, there was resistance to cooperating with the retailer’s return request, despite the fact that Best Buy had already arranged a simple home pickup at no cost or inconvenience to you. As of the publication of this response, the printer has still not been paid for and has not been returned despite multiple communications regarding the retailer’s pickup request. We always strive to provide transparent communication and support to our users, even in situations caused by third-party fulfillment errors.

Confusing to use

Great concept however it’s a little confusing.

I believe it works like this:
You would have to make an offer on the item and the seller can reject, accept or counter your offer. Each item has a “minimum trust score” requirement. There are ways to increase your trusts score(verifying your identity, adding payment methods, inviting people, linking social media).

I’ve tried placing an offer for items below my trust score. The items i’ve placed offers on require a trust score of 455 and my trust score is 497. I keep getting the same error saying the item is beyond my purchasing power(purchasing power isn’t defined anywhere on my profile) i tried increasing the downpayment significantly, i tried choosing a different item but i receive the same error. I reached out to support but they insist it’s not an error, my purchasing power is directly tied to my trust score. If that’s the case then why is it declining if the item i’m placing an offer requires a trust score 40pts lower than mine? I don’t mind paying the extra fees/mark ups for the service if it works but unfortunately it doesnt seem to want to work for me. Also everytime I’ve used the chat service for support it seems the agents are busy, it doesnt matter what time of the day it is

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We’re stoked to hear that you like our concept but are incredibly sorry that you were left confused (and a bit frustrated). It sounds like you have the idea down, but there was a bit of a mismatch of understanding on what your TrustScore means to your purchasing power. We hear you loud and clear. We’ve reviewed the conversations that you had with two of our agents, Fanny and Landon. They both provided you a potential explanation for this misunderstanding, with Fanny also providing you a link to assist with getting to know your purchasing power. As Landon mentioned, expensive items are sometimes limited from new users / users with a low TrustScore. We do this for the benefit of everyone on the platform, Buyers and Sellers alike. We apologize that this did not come through clearly on our end. The team is also exploring options to make the reasoning behind this more clear on the platform, as well as reflecting this in the TrustScore requirements per product. Please feel free to reach out again if you decide to give us another opportunity to help you take banks out of buying.

Happy to have discovered the app!

I have to say I am blown away. Just made my first purchase and am happy to get a computer that I needed with decent financing terms. I love how you can modify the terms and make an offer based on payments you can afford. It was also nice that Mark the founder sent me a little video welcome and is invested in building a community driven financing platform. Genius!
