Expectations
Waiting this long for a payment to become available makes the card difficult to rely on when you actually need to use it. At this point, I could have just kept my cash and used it instead, because cash is much more reliable when you need immediate access to your money.
I like the concept of the Neu card, but the long payment-processing wait is a major issue that needs to be addressed. Cardholders should not have to wait this long to access their available credit after the payment has already been taken from their bank account.
