First time
This is my first time to have credit card I’m glad Neu they approved me to start building my credit thanks to you guys
App glitch
This open but stays blank with the company logo and it won’t do anything else ! So I delete it and downloaded again several times but still doing the same thing 😡😡😡
Max limit is $350 with no increases in the limit for about 8 months now.
Can’t buy a plane ticket worthy of travel for under $350 so the rewards are useless.

Hi i’ve been waiting for my Neu credit card. Needed them to resend it twice. I have told them to send it to my new address. They keep saying it’s a private box it’s not. They want me to send it to a different address. I have never had any problem with Bank of America or Capital One. I’ve had my mouth stolen before and made a police report and then. I ended up getting a private mailbox. And Bank of America discover Chase. And Capital One understood it and they never gave me any problem. I proved my identity. I talk to them on the phone explain all of situation. Nue credit card are the only people that have ever gave me problems. Like I said twice waited for two months resent the credit card and they never sent it out. I saw the reviews on here and they’re not even real. They’re fake. You want your kids to start out with credit I recommend current and Chime they are both very good to reboot credit. I know Neu credit card is gonna get back at me and tell them they’re sorry that you feel like this and explain their situation. I gave them lots of chances. I really don’t care. I’m telling you the truth. I put it on the people that have passed. I don’t play games. I don’t play with their damn ****** I really care about my family friends, my neighbors strangers. Please don’t waste your time here don’t even put all that money. Interest APR. I recommend Chime and current look it. Your kids would be happy there your teenagers will, and even adults. If you’re older, I recommend Bank of America. Credit cards bank account accounts. They’re very good. They are really excellent people. If you also want to. Later, I recommend. Affirm monthly payments small they also help build credit. Snap Finance. They are also really good and they also built credit. If you need a small loan like payday loan, don’t go crazy, but you can go with Possible they also helped to bill credit. Now, if you want to purchase something big you to opportune you would need to put a car title down, but they are also very good, please try those other options. This is a waste of time. Only Credit Card to Have!
I thought I’d always have poor credit. My first card with another company dug me even deeper in debt! I had my head in the sand. Neu helped me fix my credit more timely than I had expected and not only did I build my credit to a place of receiving more offers, I also built my self confidence! I felt like I was in a hole that was going to bury me. Neu handed me the shovel and showed me how to build a castle in the sand! Their support has been the foundation to my success!

The app won't open
I get a screen that says make sure you're not running a proxy server while using the app, and it stays thwre, with no way to reset the app, because it keeps taking me back to this screen.

There’s not many places out there that offers the opportunity that Neu gives to it’s customer. 0% APR is crazy when just about any other Card out there is at least 28% interest. Customer service was great to me win my bank didn’t pull up on the list to verify my accounts. Their manual process of adding my bank account was pretty straightforward and I gotta say everything I’m saying from them so far is beyond perfect.
