Very good app that I use for payments when travelling around the world, where my local credit card would sometimes act up

This app does not deserve 1 star, I was trying to purchase a service through them, it attempted to deduct money three times while saying that all transactions failed, but they deducted money from my account anyways.
I tried to get a refund as I did not recieve the service. They kept telling me that the information I provided was invalid.
I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy. They are useless.

I layed a query in September and only got a response in December !
I had deleted my account but there is conversations happening using my mail address ( as if someone is in my deactivated account asking for verification)

App is good but
Here are some needed features:
1. More aesthetically pleasing logos in a fresh style.
2. A dark mode with a well-designed interface for iOS dark mode.
3. Implement account control for business pages, where you can manage your store (logo, description, checkout page, and the ability to make edits to store settings, similar to API Keys for copying).
4. Introduce live chat options: seen, not seen, and timestamps. Also, enable the option to send chat reports to email.
5. For the web version, allow users to log in with the app.
6. Please include in-app notifications for new messages in the chat and orders.
7. Create a news section for reading the latest updates about the app and the company.
This app for iOS has the potential to be fantastic! I’ll gladly give it 5 stars as a way to motivate your developers

I have a better option to send money to my friend, online payments.
No verfication code
I requested for verification code to my number phone for 15-20 times but there's no code at all.
Unprofessional and untrustworthy
They asked for unlimited numbers of documents to verify. they don’t know how to read utility bill. My bill was for last March, and they didn’t accept it because they say is more than 90 days. I wrote to them very nasty emails and eventually someone saw the bill.
They sent me email saying my account is in order. When I used it I still get the message “account suspended”.
They confiscated $50.
It’s a filthy organisation and the regulators should investigate them.
