Two updates I needed myself: WATER TRACKING Your weight determines how much water you should drink. FastForward now calculates this for you. Tap the water drop icon in the header to track your intake. Simple. WEIGHT ENTRY IN HEADER Logging weight was buried in the Progress tab. Nobody found it (including me). Now it's right in the header where you need it. One tap, done. Small changes. Big difference for daily use.
