Does not work, for the amount of money people pay for this subscription you should have this working all the time if you force us to use the mobile app when trying to login on a phone and will not let us use the desktop app

I’m a subscriber who can get the live prices but cannot get any prices using this app on my mobile. No help feature visible either.

My company spends a lot of money on Fastmarkets and since it change from the AMM, it has gone down hill. I used to get a nice two to three page scrap steel settlement report each month (10th effective) and now its gone. All the pricing reports are terrible.
