Inexcusably bad

Zero stars. Terrible app. Almost never works. Inexcusably poor product for something that is supposed to be the go-to app for industry information.

Constantly freezing

Good information bad performance of the app

No Customer Support

As the other reviewer said, it doesn’t work. Customer support is non existent. Shameful the amount of money our company is billed for this service.

It’s slow to open - actually didn’t open for me on my I phone but did recognize my account.

So far - not too impressed.

It’s nice to have quick concise numbers at your fingertips.

Awful

Terrible everything

No prices

I’m a subscriber who can get the live prices but cannot get any prices using this app on my mobile. No help feature visible either.

Terrible

My company spends a lot of money on Fastmarkets and since it change from the AMM, it has gone down hill. I used to get a nice two to three page scrap steel settlement report each month (10th effective) and now its gone. All the pricing reports are terrible.

Switching all my customer accounts away from Fastmarket pricing.

App is optimized for iPhone, not iPad

This app technically works on an iPad, but uses the iPhone interface with its reduced screen size. It’s annoying that the web browser is restricted on iPad OS. With the annual cost for AMM access, the user interface should offer iPad users a better experience.
