About
One giant button. That is the whole app.
Tap it to start a fast, tap it to end. A real 24-hour clock face shows exactly where your fast sits in the day, not an abstract bar.
Available in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Hindi and Ukrainian.
RAMADAN
Switch on Ramadan mode and the timer stops being a number of hours you picked. Your fast runs from suhoor to iftar, worked out on the phone for wherever you are, and both times move a few minutes every day exactly as they really do.
Six calculation methods: Umm al-Qura, Dubai, the Egyptian General Authority, the Muslim World League, Karachi and North America. The one used where you are is chosen for you.
A reminder half an hour before suhoor ends, one when it ends, and one at iftar. Everything is computed on the device from your location, so it works with no signal at all and nothing is sent anywhere.
WHY FASTONCE
Nearly every fasting app rents you a timer. You answer a quiz, hand over an email, then pay monthly for a clock. FastOnce asks for none of that. No account, no sign-up, and it opens straight onto the button.
WHAT YOU GET, FREE
A dial that actually reads as time
The ring wraps a 24-hour wall clock, so you can see at a glance that your fast ends at 8pm rather than decoding a percentage.
Plans that fit your day
12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD, or set your own hours. You can also pick the time you want to finish and the length is worked out for you.
It keeps going by itself
When your fast ends the eating window opens, and when that closes the next fast begins. Weeks can pass without opening the app.
Forgot to hit start
Backdate the start time and the ring, the stages and every reminder recalculate instantly.
Stages, explained in plain language
Blood sugar drop, fat burning, ketosis and autophagy, each with a short friendly explanation. No clinical claims, no scare tactics.
Your calendar, your streaks, your totals
A month calendar of completed fasts, current and longest streaks, and your totals. Free, and staying free.
Gentle nudges, only if you want them
Optional pings at the halfway mark, at each stage, when your fast completes, and short encouragement while you are in it. Quiet overnight.
A home-screen widget
Your current fast at a glance without opening anything.
FASTONCE PRO, ONE PAYMENT
Pro is a single purchase. No subscription, nothing renews. It adds three things and nothing else:
Charts and trends
Hours per day, how often you reach your goal, your weekly average, and the hour you actually start.
Export your log
Every fast you have finished, as a spreadsheet file that leaves the app and is yours to keep.
Still no account, still offline
Pro changes what you can see, not where it lives.
PRIVACY
No account, no analytics, no advertising, no server of ours. Nothing you record ever leaves your iPhone, and neither does your location. The only time FastOnce talks to anything is when you buy Pro, which goes through the App Store.
FastOnce shares general wellbeing information, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before changing your eating habits.

Ramadan mode. Your fast runs from suhoor to iftar, worked out on the phone for where you are, and both times move day to day exactly as they really do. Six calculation methods, from Umm al-Qura to the Egyptian Authority. Nothing is sent anywhere. Pro gains an export: every fast you have finished, as a spreadsheet file that is yours to keep. The Pro screen now lists exactly what Pro unlocks, and it now does so in your own language.
