One giant button. That is the whole app. Tap it to start a fast, tap it to end. A real 24-hour clock face shows exactly where your fast sits in the day, not an abstract bar. Available in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Hindi and Ukrainian. RAMADAN Switch on Ramadan mode and the timer stops being a number of hours you picked. Your fast runs from suhoor to iftar, worked out on the phone for wherever you are, and both times move a few minutes every day exactly as they really do. Six calculation methods: Umm al-Qura, Dubai, the Egyptian General Authority, the Muslim World League, Karachi and North America. The one used where you are is chosen for you. Everything is computed on the device from your location, so it works with no signal at all and nothing is sent anywhere. Ramadan mode appears in the app as the month comes round. WHY FASTONCE Nearly every fasting app rents you a timer. You answer a quiz, hand over an email, then pay monthly for a clock. FastOnce asks for none of that. No account, no sign-up, and it opens straight onto the button. WHAT YOU GET, FREE A dial that actually reads as time The ring wraps a 24-hour wall clock, so you can see at a glance that your fast ends at 8pm rather than decoding a percentage. Plans that fit your day 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD, or set your own hours. You can also pick the time you want to finish and the length is worked out for you. It keeps going by itself When your fast ends the eating window opens, and when that closes the next fast begins. Weeks can pass without opening the app. Forgot to hit start Backdate the start time and the ring, the stages and every reminder recalculate instantly. Stages, explained in plain language Blood sugar drop, fat burning, ketosis and autophagy, each with a short friendly explanation. No clinical claims, no scare tactics. Your calendar, your streaks, your totals A month calendar of completed fasts, current and longest streaks, and your totals. Free, and staying free. Gentle nudges, only if you want them Optional pings at the halfway mark, at each stage, when your fast completes, and short encouragement while you are in it. Quiet overnight. A home-screen widget Your current fast at a glance without opening anything. FASTONCE PRO, ONE PAYMENT Pro is a single purchase. No subscription, nothing renews. It adds three things and nothing else: Charts and trends Hours per day, how often you reach your goal, your weekly average, and the hour you actually start. Export your log Every fast you have finished, as a spreadsheet file that leaves the app and is yours to keep. Still no account, still offline Pro changes what you can see, not where it lives. PRIVACY No account, no analytics, no advertising, no server of ours. Nothing you record ever leaves your iPhone, and neither does your location. The only time FastOnce talks to anything is when you buy Pro, which goes through the App Store. FastOnce shares general wellbeing information, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before changing your eating habits.

Tayibat - Your Complete Guide to 100% Natural Healthy Eating Feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice about healthy eating? Tried harsh diets that never delivered lasting results? Tayibat offers something different: a clear, science-based approach built on the research of the late Dr. Diaa Al-Awadi, helping you build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. The Philosophy: Frequency Index At the heart of Tayibat is the "Frequency Index" rule: no food is "forbidden" or "unlimited" - every food has an ideal frequency. Even beneficial foods become harmful when overconsumed. This is the real secret behind the system's success. Allowed and Forbidden Foods A comprehensive library of hundreds of foods, classified with scientific precision into 6 clear levels: - Basics - in every meal, without restriction (refined rice, potatoes, native ghee, dates, whole bread) - Daily - once a day (soft-boiled egg, olives, honey, nuts, natural coffee) - Weekly - once or twice a week (lamb, seafood, lamb liver, pigeon, beef) - Occasional - about once a month (dark chocolate, natural jam, rare sweets) Each item includes a simple explanation of why it's classified that way, the best preparation method, and healthy alternatives where available. Smart Scanner Scan any product's barcode with your camera, or photograph the ingredient label, for instant analysis of how well it fits your diet. Saves you time every time you shop. Trusted Health Articles Over 20 scientific articles: why dates were the Prophet's preferred food to break fast with, the secrets of olive oil, pomegranate's benefits, the truth about bread and wheat, common weight-loss myths, and more - written in simple, easy-to-save language. Educational Videos Lessons recorded directly from the Tayibat system, organized by topic (fasting, Q&A, seminars, podcast). Learn anytime, anywhere, with a comfortable mobile viewing experience. Fasting Guide A complete schedule and the benefits of fasting within the philosophy of the natural diet system. Ready Weekly Program A suggested 7-day meal plan, designed to help you start confidently without planning from scratch. My Journey Log your daily commitment with a single tap, track your weight progress visually, and monitor your progress toward your goals. A motivational system to help you build a lasting habit. Favorites Save the foods and articles that matter to you with a single tap, for easy access anytime. FAQ and Success Stories Reliable answers to the most common questions, organized for easy browsing, plus real success stories from users who achieved measurable results. Full Search Find any food or article with a single tap, from one screen that gathers all the app's content. Arabic and English A professionally designed interface in both languages, with accurate support for text direction on every screen. Light, Dark, and AMOLED Mode Choose the appearance that suits your eyes and your device's battery, automatically or manually from settings. Smart Reminders Gentle daily notifications to help you log your commitment and follow your journey, fully customizable. Why Thousands of Users Trust Tayibat: - Trusted science - built on the research of the late Dr. Diaa Al-Awadi - 100% natural - relies on balanced natural food, never medication or supplements - Safe and effective - a balanced system supporting your body's health without harsh deprivation - Sustainable results - real improvement that lasts, not a temporary fix - Easy to use - simple, fast interface for the whole family - Continuously updated - improved based on your feedback We build this app together with you.
