No More Good Deals
Noticing that a lot of 1 star reviews have been removed for some reason, so am reposting. Old app was far better, you now can’t spend your points on the better rewards unless you’re in a certain tier. Use to have a bunch of good deals but not anymore.

Getting and using the Fat Pizza app was so easy and included everything that I wanted and needed to know.
As far as the pizza was concerned, it was probably one of the best that I have had in a long time…so I can certainly recommend and I’ll definitely use the Fat Pizza, and it’s app, again.

I’m not a pizza lover, to be honest it’s probably 4th or 5th on my fav takeaways, BUT, when I’m forced by her indoors into getting a pizza, I get from FP, never any grease or sloppy, don’t give me the s ts and really quite enjoyable 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Lost access to the account
After the new update my account just disappeared. Using my email return with “no customer found” even though I know for sure that’s the email for my account. Likely because before the main way to login was phone number(which now cannot be used anymore for whatever reason). Loyalty program and points flushed down the toilet😢

Absolutely love the service! They’re so quick at replying if there’s a problem and I love the reward system too! Best pizza I’ve ever had never ordering from anywhere else again!

Even the free pizza ain’t worth it 💔 You still had to pay 14 pounds to get the pizza anyway and the burger tasted like plastic🤮.
Outside of delivery zone?
If I’m outside of the delivery zone why are you posting leaflets in our letterboxes? Either your app is poorly developed or you have drastic marketing flaws.
