Great drinks but keeps crashing and low rewards
I love their drinks but the rewards are really bad and the app is always crashing

Doesn’t even let me sign up and just giving me an error with no explanation!
App keeps crashing
I was really excited to try this bubble CiTea app because I love the concept and the variety it seems to offer. The selection of drinks looks great, and it feels like it could be a fun and convenient way to explore different flavours.
Unfortunately, the app has been crashing shortly after opening, which makes it hard to actually browse the menu or place an order. I’ve also tried adding a gift card, but that feature doesn’t seem to work either, which is a bit frustrating.
It’s disappointing because the bubble tea options themselves seem really appealing. I’m hopeful this gets fixed soon, because I’d genuinely love to use the app to discover and order new drinks. It definitely has potential once the performance issues are sorted out!

broken ahh app
guys ur app is broken please lock in and fix it i cannot go on like this
Can't use the app at all
The app never loads past the first screen and always pops up with a message saying an error occurred, this has happened on two different devices in the past year. If you still want to promote rewards and loyalty points at least make sure the app actually works
