Can’t accept terms and conditions
The app has been updated recently, and a dialogue is displayed asking the user to accept new terms and conditions. It is impossible to get rid of the dialogue, because presumably the accept button is off the screen. This means I can’t access the loyalty rewards I have built up. This is appallingly poor quality control, did the developers not bother to do any testing before releasing this version?

Doesn’t even let me sign up and just giving me an error with no explanation!

I was really excited to try this bubble CiTea app because I love the concept and the variety it seems to offer. The selection of drinks looks great, and it feels like it could be a fun and convenient way to explore different flavours.
Unfortunately, the app has been crashing shortly after opening, which makes it hard to actually browse the menu or place an order. I’ve also tried adding a gift card, but that feature doesn’t seem to work either, which is a bit frustrating.
It’s disappointing because the bubble tea options themselves seem really appealing. I’m hopeful this gets fixed soon, because I’d genuinely love to use the app to discover and order new drinks. It definitely has potential once the performance issues are sorted out!

Can't use the app at all
The app never loads past the first screen and always pops up with a message saying an error occurred, this has happened on two different devices in the past year. If you still want to promote rewards and loyalty points at least make sure the app actually works
Buggy app and terrible company
The app doesn’t always remember your order, and the drink quality is inconsistent. Once they forgot to add tea, they just used water and when I complained customer service don’t want to know, they just want you to spend more with them. Avoid this company and this app
app doesn't work
i've had the app for months to try to login and sign up for a loyalty card. i've never been able to access it due to a pop up coming up saying something is wrong right now blah blah
Hacked app
Download the app and registered the account for their bubble tea promotion but immediately received a email saying that I made a purchase in Birmingham whereas I am in Manchester and did nothing. The whole app is creepy and I don’t genuinely think this app is safe and Ive deleted my account. Never download this app again

App is so weird
Like it says 4+ can use the app.I try sign up and it says age is below the minimum legal age.I’m 15+ how can u say it is for 4 year olds but it’s really not for anyone under 18? Then put 18+ then!

Shop sign said scam qr code and download app for free drink, however when I signed up it only gave me a free rainbow topping. I am HUGELY disappointed in this as this was the thing that made me want to download the app. On top of that the app is laggy, will refuse to load and complain about not having an account WHICH I DO!!! Terrible app anything is better than this rubbish.

downloaded the app to use click and collect as i have severe difficulty ordering face to face due to hearing loss and it won’t send me a code to verify my account so i have to check out as a guest and don’t get my stamps :( waste of time
