Record a meeting, a call or a voice memo. Or bring audio you already have. 2. The app transcribes it. 3. You get a short summary, the decisions, the risks and the action items with owners. BRING ANYTHING • Record straight into the app, up to 2 hours 57 minutes at a time • Import an audio or video file • Paste a YouTube link — the app reads the video's captions • Paste text, or import a PDF, a Word file, subtitles or plain text ASK THE NOTE Open Chat inside any note and ask what you missed. "What did we decide about pricing?" "Who owns the migration?" The answers come from your own transcript, and when the transcript does not say, the app tells you so instead of inventing something. FIND IT LATER Search runs across titles, summaries and full transcripts, by exact words and by meaning. Star the notes you keep coming back to. YOUR RECORDINGS STAY ON YOUR PHONE The audio does not live on our servers. It is uploaded to be transcribed and deleted the moment the transcript exists. In Settings you can see exactly how much space your recordings take and delete any of them — deleting audio never touches the note, its transcript or its chat. NO ACCOUNT No email, no password, no sign-in. Open the app and it works. We never learn your name. YOUR LANGUAGE, AND THEIRS Speak whichever language you like: the transcript comes back in the language that was spoken, and the summary is written in the language of your phone. SHARE IT Send the notes as text, the full transcript as text, or the original audio file. FREE AND PRO Free: 10 minutes of transcription every 30 days. Notes made from pasted text and from documents do not count against that. Pro removes the monthly limit. Prices are shown in your own currency inside the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. A note on recording other people: the rules differ from country to country, and in many places everyone in the conversation has to agree before you start. The app hands you a microphone; knowing the rules where you are is on you.
