Unauthorized Charge & No Customer Support
This is unacceptable. A company should never ignore customers after taking their money. I am disputing this charge with my bank and cannot recommend this app to anyone. Use at your own risk.

We take customer support very seriously and immediately checked our system, but we currently have no record of receiving any emails or support tickets from you. We also need to gently clarify a misunderstanding: our app does not offer, and has never offered, a $0.99 trial. We pride ourselves on clear, transparent pricing that is displayed upfront in the app. Because of this, it is highly likely you are confusing our app with another service or an advertisement you saw online. Please note that all purchases, subscriptions, and billing are processed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, nor do we have the ability to charge you or process refunds on our end. If you wish to dispute a charge or request a refund, you will need to do so directly through Apple Support (reportaproblem.apple.com). Paid $9.99 and still fax isn’t going through

We are very sorry for the frustration you experienced while trying to send an urgent fax. We would like to gently clarify a misunderstanding: our app does not, and has never, offered a promotion for 10 free pages. We strongly stand by clear, transparent pricing for our subscriptions, which are straightforwardly presented in the app—such as our 1-week plan for $9.99, our 1-month plan for $19.99, and our 6+6 months plan for $79.99. It is highly likely you came across an advertisement or article for a completely different service online before downloading our app. That being said, because you paid the $9.99 for the weekly subscription, your fax should absolutely be sending. The "awaiting top up" message you are seeing is not a request for more money. Instead, this points to a technical error or a failure of the app to properly sync your Apple/Google purchase. We want to make this right and ensure you get what you paid for. My First Fax Failed & Kept saying the Line was “Busy” I tried several times & Several times I Called the Fax line & it IMMEDIATELY Beeped & Waste of Money & Will be Calling Apple for a REFUND!!

Please update the app to the latest version, as this is critically important for proper performance and successful fax delivery. Regarding the “busy” line message, this can also happen when the recipient’s fax line is unavailable or not accepting the transmission at that moment. Please try again after updating the app. If you still experience any issues, contact our support team with the details of your attempted fax so we can review the case and assist you further. For any billing or refund request, please contact Apple Support directly, as App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
