Fax not received

I am receiving the delivered message but my doctors are NOT receiving the fax’s I sent . This is an inconvenience because then I have to reach out to different individuals and have them personally fax my doctors the documents needed; the same documents I have in my possession after a hassle getting them. I first thought this was a one time occurrence, but now multiple doctors from different facilities say they didn’t receive anything after a week of faxing it.
