Fax File is still the best Faxing App I have encountered after at least ten years. Most straight forward and easy to use then several others I’ve tried. I always come back to Fax File. I highly recommend.
Fax not received
I am receiving the delivered message but my doctors are NOT receiving the fax’s I sent . This is an inconvenience because then I have to reach out to different individuals and have them personally fax my doctors the documents needed; the same documents I have in my possession after a hassle getting them. I first thought this was a one time occurrence, but now multiple doctors from different facilities say they didn’t receive anything after a week of faxing it.

Reliable & Accessible
App Shares Private Apple Account Info, with all fax recipients
I was shocked to find out my private Apple account information, including my personal email and phone number, was shared with FAX recipients without my knowledge, and without any kind of notification from the app or inclusion on the Fax receipt. The information is not included, requested or referenced in the Fax preparation tasks and questions, and you are not notified that all your information will be shared. When I contacted support, they first stated it was only for “app use”, but when I asked why my private contact info (which they automatically inserted into the sent fax without any indication showing on the user interface) was added to the “Sender information”, when it was already listed in “app specific” sections of the settings, there was no reply.

Convenient & reputable
The best service out there. With the new times, not having locations like years ago to do the service at an affordable price - this is great. Ive never ran into any issues, easy accessing files, creating Cover pages, and honestly the prices are pretty much same or even better in the comfort of your home.

Perfect Fax app
Perfect App for me having to fax occasionally from my iPad. I fax all correspondence to my Doctor for appointments and medication requests and renewals. Indispensable for me.
My favorite fax app ever
I send one or two faxes a year, honestly, it is not enough to justify having a fax machine occupying space on my desk. So I have this great little app called faxfile that lives on my phone and sends my faxes perfectly every time. it is affordable, cost-effective, virtually flawless, and a real showstopper. I couldn’t say enough, nice things about it because I have never had a problem with it. Highly recommended.

My go to fax app
I have used this app for a number of years. I use this app instead of my fax machine because it is so easily integrated with my google doc app. I don’t ever find a need to print and fax now. I also use the cover page app associated with this as well. It is soooooooo easy to use. I highly recommend this app.
