I paid 9.99 for a one week subscription in 2024, in 2025 they charged me 99.99 and I couldn’t figure out which fax app I used because I had cancelled all of my subscriptions with them and I was deeply confused. 2026 and they’ve charged me 99.99 AGAIN but there is not active subscription. Don’t give them your card information

Poor Fax

This is a poor FAX app every time I try to use it it keeps saying invalid number and the numbers are correct! Very disappointing especially when I have tried twice and very important information wasn’t sent to my healthcare provider and almost lost my coverage

Do not get

I retry 1x to send fax and it stated I had done it 5 times. This was a lie from the company app. So was NOT allowed to retry after 1x even though states 5x. Don’t waste your time or money. Try costumer service and would crash. I did try 5-times.
