Still charging me
I paid 9.99 for a one week subscription in 2024, in 2025 they charged me 99.99 and I couldn’t figure out which fax app I used because I had cancelled all of my subscriptions with them and I was deeply confused. 2026 and they’ve charged me 99.99 AGAIN but there is not active subscription. Don’t give them your card information

This is a poor FAX app every time I try to use it it keeps saying invalid number and the numbers are correct! Very disappointing especially when I have tried twice and very important information wasn’t sent to my healthcare provider and almost lost my coverage

Do not get
I retry 1x to send fax and it stated I had done it 5 times. This was a lie from the company app. So was NOT allowed to retry after 1x even though states 5x. Don’t waste your time or money. Try costumer service and would crash. I did try 5-times.
That doesn’t work
Don’t download this app I tried to send four different faxes to two different numbers that I know are good numbers. Faxes never went through. I kept getting invalid number. Then when I tried to delete my account, there’s no way to delete it. They say you bought it through Apple and I have to cancel it through a subscription. It is not in the subscription. I had to shut down my credit card just to avoid payment. Do not download this app is a scam.

Not worth it
If I could give 0 stars I would. I can’t use the App Store due to a pending transaction made AFTER a cancellation subscription. What a ripoff.

Auto renew without any reminder
The app charged me 99 dollars for auto renewal without any reminder and my permission. It has already break the law and customer service decline my request for refund.

They make it so freaking hard to cancel it makes me afraid of this company. They want to steal your money, otherwise they would not make it so hard, if I knew it was going to be like this I would have never signed up 😡

Was supposed to be free trial for a week then $24.99 a month. Cost me 49.99 for 1650 credits for 7 pages. Totally not worth it.
