Cancelling
I have been trying for days to cancel this app but have been unable to. I have even texted them but received no reply. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!

Absolutely abysmal. Basic services for the cost of a streaming service. Idk where they get off charging such extreme amounts + IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION- EVEN AFTER PAYING - IT CANCELS ALL PENDING FAXES. Money grabbing app that's subpar at everything it offers compared to cheaper options on the market.

Scam
This app is a scam. Their description says get started for free and send a fax for free before subscription but it’s not true. You can’t do anything on this app without paying an excessively high amount of money and they steal data which is why they present that scam gimmick upfront trying to get you to first input all your info then put a pay wall barrier and predate against those consumers info. This app should be taken down off the apple App Store.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! BE AWARE!!
I subscribed to this fax app expecting a reliable service, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Although I carefully scanned and submitted clear documents, the recipients reported that the faxed copies were blurry and difficult to read multiple times. This defeats the primary purpose of a fax application.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that the app stopped functioning properly two days before my subscription was supposed to expire. It repeatedly disappeared from the screen and closed unexpectedly, making it impossible to use the service I had already paid for. As a result, I was left without a working fax solution and had to look for an alternative app.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this application. The poor document quality, reliability issues, and problems occurring just before the subscription period ended left me feeling that I did not receive the service I paid for. Complete SCAM!!! I wish there was a ZERO star for this app!
