Scam
SCAM SCAM SCAM! BE AWARE!!
What made the experience even more frustrating was that the app stopped functioning properly two days before my subscription was supposed to expire. It repeatedly disappeared from the screen and closed unexpectedly, making it impossible to use the service I had already paid for. As a result, I was left without a working fax solution and had to look for an alternative app.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this application. The poor document quality, reliability issues, and problems occurring just before the subscription period ended left me feeling that I did not receive the service I paid for. Complete SCAM!!! I wish there was a ZERO star for this app!
It won’t allow me to hit done so that I can send

It works…. However read this before you buy
After purchasing the $19.99/year plan (do not pay more than this), the company automatically assigned me an international fax number—and worse, it appears this number was previously associated with a doctor. As a result, I began receiving confidential medical faxes that clearly were not intended for me.
I immediately contacted customer support to report the issue and requested a domestic number, explaining the seriousness of receiving private information. Customer support (“Mia”) informed me that the only way to get a new number was to repurchase the subscription, despite the fact that I had been a paid customer for only about 10 days.
This response demonstrates a lack of concern for user privacy, basic business ethics, or customer service. At $7.99 per week for their advertised service, the priority appears to be extracting more money rather than correcting a legitimate and serious issue.
The App Store is full of fax app alternatives. I strongly recommend choosing one of them instead.

Scam app? Sneaky pricing
I didn’t catch it until a week ago, as it was mixed in with other Apple Digital Services.
I never used the app but was charged $750 over the last almost 2 years!
Apple is sorry that it happened and is willing to refund a measly $60, but is investigating as to how this could have happened with one of their approved vendors.
Apple is also trying to find the document that says I agreed to this, which I would never have knowingly signed.
Who would pay for that much faxing, which is obsolete these days?
Bad on me for not unraveling Apple Digital Services earlier, but worse on the app developers, Apple, and Chase Visa for letting this get through!
Chase is investigating as well, but I’m considering legal action to get ALL my money refunded, or someone needs to show me an authorization document where I approved the subscription.
Looks like an underhanded scam to me!
Reaching out to the developer this week to see if they’ll make this right.
