Can’t Send Fax
After paying for a month subscription, any time I try to fax anything I get the same error message.

Failed Fax Service
Completely stopped working and interfered with my business. The company really shot everyone in the foot.
Lost my money
Very disappointed. I used to use FaxGun without any problems, but after renewing my subscription and paying over $15, the app completely stopped working. It does not send any faxes at all. On top of that, Apple refused to issue a refund. Extremely frustrating experience and a waste of money.

一直都好好的，最近出现问题，见到有fax，但是没办法forward，而且注册邮箱收不到通知，现在fax没办法导出，发邮件给客服邮箱没人回复，能解决一下吗？

I bought yearly plan but now always showing me invalid number even i send fax on that number every day..

For the few times a year I need a fax capability, FaxGun helps me out “for free” by signing up and allowing termination - and in between letting me send my fax. I was not happy with other fax providers and found this “loophole” to be ideal for me.

Awesome App
I’ve found the app to be rock solid reliable, it works flawlessly, is intuitive and has a great set of features, like sending you an email notification that your fax was received. The cost is minimal and worth it.
Life Saver
I didn’t even think of a fax app. until a friend mentioned it. FaxGun stood out with the option to send one fax or several with a 7 day free trial. Sent 4 pages plus cover page to Texas with ease and efficiency via FaxGun.

Scam
I canceled my subscription as I did not need it anymore. But my card was still getting charged the large amount. So I blocked my card. Today I get an email saying I have a fax to read but need to pay subscription. How can I have a fax when I never gave anyone the number??? It’s a scam! Update: I emailed them to stop taking money and they haven’t responded but I got another email saying I have received another fax and need to pay subscription to read it lol. It’s a scam!

Suddenly stopped working
I’ve been using this app for over a year. It suddenly stopped sending faxes. I pay for a yearly subscription but when I try to recover info it loads forever. Tried deleting and re downloading to no avail. Reached out to customer service and got no response.
Pay 16€ to receive ONE Fax :(
Minimum Subscription is for one week. You don’t get a fax number without subscription.
