FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGE!!!

I downloaded this app and signed up for a seven day free trial on August 2, 2026. The end date for my “free” seven day trial was August 9, 2026. I canceled the subscription on August 6, 2026. On August 6, I was billed 7.99 plus tax for the app well before the seven day “free” trial period ended. I submitted a refund request from Apple explaining all of this and I got a prorated refund. I appealed it and my appeal was denied. Apple explained to me that the vendor has some control over whether or not I get a refund. Unless you don’t mind being ripped off, don’t sign up for this app.

No Way to Cancel

There is no way in the app to cancel the free trial. I have contacted support with no answer and can’t find any way to cancel. Don’t use this app unless you plan to fax a lot of documents or you don’t mind being charged for something you won’t use again.

Because I had like 9 pages to fax it took a little while to send but it did sent, so just have a little patience/time & it will go through.
