Glitches and Resets without any notice. Takes hours to fix. Not user friendly when there is a problem.

Scammers!!! Charged Me but Couldn’t Use the Service

They charged my card, but I still couldn’t send my fax. Then they asked me to pay AGAIN to use the service. I paid for nothing. Very frustrating and misleading.

Deceptive

I would have happily subscribed to this app, but after the bait of getting ten free pages only occurring after the fact, after it guides you through subscribing, and only giving the option of free pages hidden in a navigational maze. The way to keep customers is to get the free 10 pages first, not deceptively after the fact. It would have been a great app to have but I’ll be asking for a refund.
