I don’t understand why a submitted ticket is closed without any explanation of result or action taken. An explanation of action taken should be addressed to a ticket before closing
City Ordinance violations
There seems to be a lack of concern with ordinance violations in the neighborhoods in Cumberland county. I was told that there was shortages in this area, meanwhile violation such as curbside trash containers are being left at the curbside for months and months by the same people without anything being done.

Efficient
App is efficient and easy to use.
I’ve had to keep following up and asking for a status report on several occasions, but have found that things do usually get handled.
Seem to be more responsive when there’s a photo used.

Bulky items not picked up after initial request
It’s been 20 days and still no service.

Not the app it’s the people who can’t respond
No one has responded after 3 service requests, 30 messages, 20 voicemails and 80 calls. I don’t know if anyone actually works for this department. What’s the point of an app when no one manages it?
Became a waste of time
Not only the process to report something is too involved, but their response have become standard: report it to the police. Then the case is closed. It looks like no one is taking the time to actually follow up with anything.
App doesn’t open. Just get the spinning wheel.
Was going to report streetlights need repair but can’t do when the app doesn’t open. I Am on iOS 13.7.

2 weeks and waiting. Illegal dumping reported. White sofa in the road of Faison and Crestwood. Still nothing. Only change is now it’s been thrown into my yard. You all need to fix it or close down this site

Pretty much useless
No button to report a complaint; not simple to navigate as there’s no description of how to report a complaint or how to use the app unless you have to play around with it awhile; the city does next to nothing to fix any issues reported or handle any requests, especially in a timely manner.
Don’t advertise as an ”easy to use app to report and issue requests!” when this garbage app is anything but. Needs WAY more work.

Love the app
It's a much more convenient way to report non-emergency issues that are happening in the city. Rather than making a call and risk being on hold for an extended period of time, this app can be used and the issue can be reported in possibly less than five minutes. It's like having city hall at your fingertips.

Convient
This is a very good app. The lid on my recycle app broke. I filled in a little information and took a picture of the damage and sent it. I got a reply that my work order was received. I got a second email telling me when and what the process would be. Very efficient.
