Proof of insurance card
I paid my auto insurance bill over 3 months ago and my cards on the app have not updated to the correct expiration date. Why??

Fix your app please
This app struggles, it’s slow to load, it closes on its own. It is not reliable. For example, I try to open the vehicles to see my insurance card for my vehicles and it closes on its own. It rarely works.

The app is terrible. First it crashes. Then after a long time of waiting, I finally got through and it says that I don’t exist as I’m looking at my membership card. Don’t bother downloading. It’s a waste of time

I love this app, for looking up id cards and having them available anytime I need them. I also love having the ability to lookup hotels near me.
Needs works, I can’t scroll through my vehicles, it automatically revert back to the beginning, I can’t even click on and open anything past the 1st page. Please fix!

I cannot find details on an up-charge, an additional coverage added and approved. But no where could I find what it was for.
Now we got a significant credit I assume is related to driving. But I can’t find the description anywhere.

Change log in
I would use this app more if the log in didn’t require that I have to use my member number. Almost always when I go to use the app, I don’t have my member card right in front of me. I don’t have my number memorized, so therefore I end up not using the app. Please change this to let users set their own user name for log in purposes!

Crappy App
Once logged in the member benefits just don't load, the maps don't load and I am paying my $65 membership fee with no way to use it. Crap crap crap. Needs to be fixed.
Great Company horrible app
Whenever I use this app I become frustrated to the point that I eventually give up and not use my membership anywhere. The "find nearby" is so absurdly slow to load that it is impossible to use. The category search often gives inaccurate locations for the benefits i.e. Saying there are 3 pizza ranches with different discounts and all within 3 miles of me.
I really like this company, the service I've received as one of their customers has been great. This app on the other hand, is horrendous and I hope that it will be fixed soon.

Good app
I like how easy it is to navigate through this app. It does have a few glitches at times but I think they will be worked out in the near future.
