I have several accounts that I have set up once a business personal loan and another business that I am running. And the apps are just so self-explanatory and I can ease right through it. I'm just now getting to where I can actually understand what I'm doing with the Internet anyways. But bank first is number one to me.

Terrible service
Continuously locks my card with no communication and they refuse to allow me to send a direct message online or in the app. Going to start looking for a new bank, only wanted the debit card anyway.
Great bank, horrible app
When I first got the app, it was great. Quick to load, snappy performance, I could do everything I needed to do in just a couple of minutes. Now I dread having to use the app. It is slow and unresponsive. It sometimes fails to load at all. When it does come up, it cannot find my data, and grinds away as it waits for the server to respond. I love the people who work at the bank, and will not move because of them, but this app is enough to make me want to change. It is absolutely horrible. I am running all the latest versions, and I'm pretty sure it's a server issue on their part as the ATM suffers much the same awful performance issues. Don't count on using the app for any serious business use.

Best bank ever
Been with this bank over 20 yrs. Best bank I have ever used. They catch fraud better than any bank I have ever been with. They take care of it right away. You can rest easy having an account with First Bank. Love you all like family!!
Mobile deposit
It often fails. It tells me that the amount I’m depositing doesn’t match what I typed and doesn’t match the check. When it does match. It also doesn’t accept the deposit at times and doesn’t bother to inform me that the deposit did not go through. I don’t like it at all.

Good app the only thing I can recommend is showing the transactions quicker than what it already is. I’ll have transactions that happened 3 days ago just now going through and actually showing it happened.
It’s ok, but it doesn’t work majority of the time.
I’m getting fed up with this bank and I’m probably going to another one soon — the app almost never loads anymore, I only get error messages that say “Error updating details, there was an issue retrieving the latest account details. Please try again”. It won’t even show me how much I have in my account, so I can’t even see if I’m overdrafted. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app many times, even restarting my phone and installing (2) software updates because I thought it would work. It’s been literal weeks of dealing with this; I was hoping you’d release an update, but it’s been THREE MONTHS since the last. PLEASE fix this issue.

I love the staff. And they are always able to work out any issues I have. It is not hard to find someone who can help you . However ,Security is a little stiff. You cannot use their debit card at Walmart for for instance. And I probably wouldn’t need so much online help if their security was a little more reasonable. However, again, I haven’t had to deal with fraud, probably because of their Security being very stringent

Works great when it works. But for a while now it will go weeks without updating. Works for a day or 3 then it’s another week or 2 before it will update again.
