App needs improvement
The mobile app is unavailable frequently and having face id is pointless because every other time I log in it says to sign in again because it has signed me out due to inactivity which is crazy because i log in at least 3 times per day( or try to) App also freezes frequently 😞

Still having issues with app. Click on checking link to view transactions and it goes back to iPhone Home Screen. Closes the app. It is the new version and is up to date. Getting aggravated. Started last week.
Aggravating
Not his new app is far worse than old app, always asking me to review, everytime I use it. I have to close out window to use thumbprint to log on. Horribly aggravating.
Stop asking me to review
I’ve reviewed this app 16 times and it won’t stop asking me. The interface of the new app is nice but a few pitfalls are: it logs me out multiple times per day, won’t let me use FaceID and requires a username/pass, and perpetually wants me to leave a review. If the next version asks me to review *once*, I have no problem changing this rating, but the current version as of the date of this review has some annoyances for sure.

New mobile app
I hate it. I would rather have the other one back. It was quick and easy. This has too much on the first page. We should be able to rearrange the accounts to where they are all in one row.

Why fix something that wasn’t broken? Can you make a classic mode or something? The new look makes me feel like I’m going to have an aneurism.

It’s probably from just being a new app now but I seem the control page is annoying.
Excellent app. Saves me time and money!
Excellent app and excellent customer service. Saves me an hour round trip to my nearest branch for regular weekly deposits. In the event of any glitch I have received too-notch service by the bankers and staff at Farmers every time. Two minor glitches in four years and in both cases I was up and running again within a couple of hours. Couldn’t be happier!

User Friendly, Accurate, Reliable, & Fast
Very User Friendly! I have always loved the app in the past and still do to present day. It contains everything that you need to get the job done and is always reliable to check balances and so for. I haven’t experienced any trouble with Mobile Deposits and it’s very reliable as well. In my opinion, I wouldn’t change anything! Many app developers and designers seem to get hung up on improving apps so much, that they forget what the actual purpose was in the first place. Not this one it’s always there when you need it most. Keep up the great work!

I feel like it don’t update like it used to and then I get overdrawn and customers get over drawn because it looks like there is more money then there is.

Doesn’t work.
This app will not work after the update. I can’t even open it unless I delete and reinstall it, then it won’t let me log in. If I try to log in immediately after reinstalling I can, but it won’t let me transfer any money or anything.
